I love going down to the Jack Daniel's World Championship Invitational Barbecue every year. The folks down there put on one of the best spectator bbq events in the World.

I am so impressed buy the events that take place in your country. As a brit, I rarely get the chance to pull out the BBQ and put my skills to the test (on my amazing swiss grill bbq!) but reading through your blog has very much got me itching to test my cooking skills!
