Since I am covering for our resident DJ Joe Baine, I am bringing you a tune from one of my favorite bands Widespread Panic. Widespread has always had a fondness for New Orleans and Professor Longhair. They have covered everything from Stag-O-Lee to Baby, Let Me Hold Your Hand. Tonight, I bring you one of my favorites: Red Beans. For those Panic fans out there, you will appreciate this version as it features David Blackmon on fiddle.
